Sample onlyDear Revel operates this website. Accounts use real email verification and password recovery. Checkout remains in Stripe test mode, and invitation samples are demonstrations. Use fictional event details while testing; do not upload guest lists or sensitive information.
We process the email address and password you submit to create or access your account, and the event details, enquiries, order selections, project messages and proof decisions you submit. This information supports account access, project review and support. Account credentials are handled through Supabase Auth.
The website and its private API run on our Hostinger VPS. Supabase provides account authentication and database storage for orders, enquiries and project records. Namecheap Private Email provides hello@dearrevel.com and sends account confirmation and password recovery emails. Stripe hosts test checkout and processes its payment events. Each provider processes information needed to provide its part of the service.
Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout. Our application stores checkout and payment identifiers, selected packages, amounts and payment status, not card numbers. Only Stripe test payment details should be used while checkout is in test mode.
Saved design identifiers are stored in your browser until you remove them or clear site storage. Signing in creates a secure, HTTP-only session cookie. Sign out to end your account session. Clearing browser storage does not delete records already submitted to the service.
Enquiry forms currently save a record for studio review but do not send an email notification. For support, email hello@dearrevel.com directly. Invitation samples currently save demonstration RSVPs in the visitor’s browser; they do not deliver replies to a couple or host.
Submitted records remain stored until removed through an administrative process; automated retention and self-service account deletion are not yet available. Contact hello@dearrevel.com to request access, correction or removal of your information. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account before changing or disclosing records.
Real invitation publication, guest RSVP collection and the final retention and deletion procedures remain unfinished. This notice will be updated to describe those services before they are introduced. Contact hello@dearrevel.com with privacy questions.
